Reconversion of a large real estate complex, headquarters of Mondadori publishing company, to the previous residential use.
The external facades have been restored, whereas the internal facades have been enhanced with large terraces, by using a new iron and wood structure.

Great attention has been paid to the landscape design for the internal large garden, whose project has been curated by architect Paolo Pejrone.
