The structure of the preexisting building, which was partially maintained, has been enhanced by the characteristic terracotta tiled cladding that alternates with large glass surfaces, marking them, both in the external façade and in the internal courtyard which opens to a wide green area.

This internal area, located below the roadway level and articulated around a large indoor garden designed by architect Patrizia Pozzi, has been used to host various services.
